Studio Policies
We look forward to sharing our passion for Pilates with you! Our intention is to provide a safe space to breathe and move. Please help us maintain the integrity of our space by observing the following policies:
-
We are located towards the north end of the Fairway Shops in Kaanapali. There is plenty of parking, and a restroom located towards the center of the Fairway Shops (near the ramp/stairway).
Reservations are required for all group classes and private sessions. Sign up online or in the Mindbody app at least 30 minutes before the start of class. We do not take walk-in clients. Please note the level associated with each class.
If you are new to Pilates, or unsure of your level, sign up for a Level 1 Reformer class or book a private session. Level 2 and Level 3 classes are not intended for first-time clients for safety reasons.
Arrive on time. We have an outdoor space for you to wait if you arrive early. To avoid interrupting class, please remain in our outdoor space until the instructor opens the door to the studio.
Late arrivals after 5 minutes are considered a no-show. This is for your safety of a proper warm up. Late arrivals are also distracting for the teacher and other clients. If you are not present 5 minutes into class, your spot could be given away to another client on the waitlist. For the safety and protection of clients and their belongings, the instructor will close the door after class starts.
If you are new to the studio, please sign your online waiver in your Mindbody account prior to entering, and inform the instructor of any injuries or limitations.
Grip socks are required for client safety and studio cleanliness, and are available in the studio for purchase. To help us maintain the integrity of our equipment, please take off any large jewelry and avoid body oils, which can damage the upholstery on our equipment.
We ask that you refrain from wearing perfume or strong scents in the studio. Our intention is to provide a space to breathe freely, and some individuals are sensitive to perfumes.
Filming or recording of class content is prohibited unless approved by management.
Chewing gum is not permitted during class. It is a choking hazard.
Please do not bring food into the studio. Make sure all drink containers can be closed with a lid to prevent spillage.
Please turn off/silence your phone during class.
When class is finished, wipe down everything that you used and return any equipment to its original position.
Please avoid private conversations during class.

New to Pilates? Sign up for a Level 1 Reformer class, or book a private session. Level 2 and Level 3 classes are not intended for first-time clients for safety reasons. Once you are familiar with Level 1, talk with your instructor about finding the classes that are best for you.
Reservations are required for all group classes and private sessions, and must be scheduled prior to your intended class time. We do not take walk-ins. Our booking window for group classes closes 30 minutes before class begins.
Your time is valuable to us! By taking care of booking ahead of time, our instructors will be able to prioritize starting class on time. If you need assistance with a reservation, please reach out to us via email, text, or call and we will get back to you within one business day. We do not have a front desk staff member available in the studio.
To schedule or cancel a private session, please do so online on our website or in the Mindbody app. You are also welcome to call or email the studio, or communicate directly with your instructor.
We have a 24-hr cancellation policy for all reservations. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the reservation or you will be charged for the session.
Please be mindful that the schedule is subject to change. Stay updated via our website and the Mindbody app.
Waitlist: If the class you are trying to register for is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist online or in the Mindbody app, as long as you have an active class or package available. Please be prepared to come to the class if you are on the waitlist. If you have opted into SMS communication, you will receive text notification if you are added into the class. If you have opted out of text messages, you will be notified by email. If you do not plan to attend the class, please remove yourself from the waitlist. Spots do open up regularly and you will be held to the late cancellation policy if you are added (unless you are added within 30 minutes of the start of class in which case we will not charge the late cancellation fee).

We have a 24-hr cancellation policy for all reservations. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the reservation or you will be charged for the session. Cancellations within 24 hours of your session are considered a “late-cancel” and will either result in a forfeit of your class credit from your specific pricing option, or the full amount of your session will be billed to your account (if no pricing option is present). If you are a no-show, your class is considered a “late-cancel.” If you cancel before the 24-hour window, it’s considered an “early cancel” and you will not be charged. This policy ensures that others can sign up for classes, as we can only provide space for 6 clients at a time. It also allows us to respect our instructors’ availability for private sessions.
Clients are responsible for making and canceling their group class reservations. Group classes must be canceled online by the client through either the online scheduler or the Mindbody app by the client.
To cancel a private session, please do so online. You are welcome to call or email the studio, or communicate with your instructor directly.

If the instructor isn’t able to make class for an unforeseen reason, or if the studio is closed for any reason, you will not be charged for the class. We do our best to not cancel scheduled classes, but it can happen on short notice. You will be notified by phone and/or email to ensure your knowledge of it.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a group class with one reservation. The teacher may give you the option to move to a different time where there are more clients signed up. It’s a great reason to sign up with a friend! You will not lose your class if the teacher chooses to cancel for this reason.
